We use various authorized repair facilities as well as the manufacturers depending on the nature of the repair.

Typical the entire process takes about six weeks if parts are readily available.

All warranty repairs require a copy of the receipt (proof of purchase) to be considered for warranty work. $35.00 is charged for shipping, insurance, and handling at the time of drop off.

There is no way to give you an exact amount just by looking at your equipment; it requires an expert diagnostic inspection by a qualified individual. There is a $45.00 deposit for non-warranty repairs due at the time of drop off. It will later be applied to the estimate. Allow 2-3 weeks for an estimate. Payment in full is required before the repair is performed.

No, not at all, unlike repairs, sensor cleaning are performed in-house. Just allow us up to 3 working days to get it completed. Don't forget about our rental program.
